Lisa Friend

She has given live broadcasts for Classic FM, BBC Radio 3 and BBC London and has released solo albums for Silva Screen, Universal, Chandos, Champs Hill and Signum Records. Several of her solo discs have been chosen as ‘Classic FM CD of the week’ in the UK and Netherlands and featured in David Mellor's Album Choice of the Week in the 'Mail on Sunday’. Lisa and the Brodsky Quartet also performed live in the Classic FM Studio and on BBC One TV Show, 'The Andrew Marr Show’. Solo recital highlights include performances for Steven Spielberg, the Royal Family, LG Arts Centre-Seoul and Wigmore Hall amongst others.

She is a Powell Artist and an Ambassador to the Prince's Trust and ‘Children and the Arts’

Lisa recently featured as a solo artist on ‘Ocean of Dreams 2’ with Ian Mulder/London Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2019, she will release two discs for Chandos Records. The first with pianist, Rohan De Silva and the second disc with guitarist, Craig Ogden and the Aquarelle Guitar Quartet.
